You don't have to work for Google to get Mindfulness Training!
The practice of mindfulness -- purposely paying attention in the present moment without judging our experience -- can play a key role in stress reduction, resilience and well-being. This program provides a basic orientation to mindfulness, emphasizing its foundations, its many benefits in daily life and in the workplace, the science behind it, and a review of formal and informal mindfulness practices. The presentation will include brief guided practices.
Our presenter, Neil Motenko, is a teacher of mindfulness-based programs. He has presented programs on mindfulness in the workplace to law firms and businesses.
