About Us

Waterstone at the Circle, a luxury independent living community that will open in early 2018 at 385 Chestnut Hill Ave., recently opened a welcome center at 2001 Beacon St., Ste. 208. Located across the street from the construction site (behind the Dunkin Donuts), the center will be a place to obtain information about Waterstone at the Circle’s unique lifestyle, amenities and services.

The 92-apartment Waterstone at the Circle independent living community for active adults is being developed by National Development of Newton Lower Falls and it will be managed and operated by EPOCH Senior Living of Waltham. It is part of a larger development that includes a 162-room AC Marriott hotel, retail and dining. Located at the corner of Beacon Street and Chestnut Hill Avenue, the development straddles the Brookline and Boston boundaries.

The Waterstone at the Circle independent living apartments will be some of the most luxurious in New England and an extension of the Waterstone brand, developed by EPOCH Senior Living when it opened Waterstone at Wellesley in 2012. Amenities will include a fitness and aquatic center, restaurant-style dining room, theater and underground parking. Services will include housekeeping and transportation, and residents will have access to a robust cultural and recreational activities program, personal training, social events and more. All apartments are available for a monthly rental fee.
