Rachel Solomon is a creative director and brand builder who understands how to disrupt business as usual and ignite excitement.
She spent eight years in public relations for real estate, consumer and mission-focused brands, where her work included large-scale, transformative campaigns that sparked unprecedented interest among media and consumers.
She went on to become part of the small founding team at Rue La La. There, she built the voice of the brand and every social channel, helping make it one of the most evangelized brands in the dot com space.
She spent a year at SapientNitro honing the art of form-breaking digital experiences, until the CEO of Rue La La called her to help launch M Gemi, one of the first direct-to-consumer brands. Following that successful launch, she went on to another of his partner brands, Follain, one of the first players in the green beauty space, where in just a couple months, she led a record-breaking holiday campaign and the rollout of their first ever pop-up experience in Soho.
Rachel then went out on her own as the founder and chief creative officer of Honor Code Creative, where her roster has included work for Converse, Asics, Sperry, Blue Cross, Spyce, Ministry of Supply and more. She is a frequently published author whose publications include The Pennsylvania Gazette and Harvard AIDS Review. As HCC’s creative partner, she brings her knowledge of igniting consumer interest and form-breaking ideas to each project.
