As Assistant Vice President of Public Relations - Social Media, Rachel leads Boston University’s social media and media relations strategy to build brand equity and community, highlight BU’s research excellence and showcase its faculty expertise.

Rachel works directly with leadership, key stakeholders and faculty across the University to frame media opportunities, develop messaging, promote research and scholarship, and enhance social media engagement. She has experience in social media, media relations, content strategy & marketing, and internal communications, with a focus on brand awareness, storytelling and driving results.
