Her research\, which has been published in top-tier journals\, investigates consumers' social and cognitive psychological processes in persuasive communications. As a marketing professor at BU's Questrom School of Business\, Sue has led curriculum innovation\, introducing new courses\, new techniques and new programs. She earned a PhD in consumer psychology and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's in English literature from the University of Pennsylvania.
