Job Description

Brookline, Massachusetts based Wealth Management Company Beacon Wealth Advisors LLC is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support firm Partners and their team.

 

The Client Service Specialist will perform the following tasks:

 

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of the office

Assume responsibility for all aspects of client service and problem solving for the firm’s clients

Manage team member’s calendars by scheduling meetings with existing and potential clients

Manage in-bound phone calls and client requests

Make out-bound phone calls / send emails to existing clients to touch base and schedule meetings

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Manage office supplies

Manage banking related activities including deposits and paying invoices

Manage PR and Marketing including social media, company website/blog, and handle sponsorship requests





 

Requirements:

Customer service related experience

Excellent phone and typing skills

Proficient with Microsoft outlook, word, excel and the ability to quickly learn internal customer management software

Previous Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus

Interest in financial markets and the desire to get to know the firms business and develop lasting relationships with their clients

Ability to work in a team environment and thrive in a fast paced rapidly growing company

 

Job-Type

Part-Time 20-30 hours per week / Full Time possible in the future for the right candidate

Typical weekly schedule Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm  

 

Compensation

Hourly based on experience, plus annual performance bonus
